    Free standard shipping on all website orders.

    7-day return policy- please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    Refunds will be issued, minus a 15% restocking fee.

  • Custom Wigs

    Production Time: 45-60 days.

    Shipping: Free standard shipping.

    Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit required to initiate production.

    Cancellations: Due to custom nature deposits are non-refundable

    Risk-Free Purchase: Enjoy free returns, no restocking fee, and free outgoing shipping on your first purchase.

    -Close clips( Additional $20 fee if clips are open)

Each order is overseen by a professional Quality Control (QC) inspector at every stage of production. Before shipment, each wig is carefully checked to guarantee it meets our promise of excellence.

  • Step 2: The Flawless Parting and Hairline

    We take pride in offering the most natural-looking partings in the industry, achieved through our exclusive hand-hook craftsmanship and invisible knotting techniques. Our team of skilled artisans uses a careful hand-hook (ventilating) technique, creating knots that are nearly invisible on the lace, so the hair looks as if it's growing directly from the scalp.

    Our wigs also come with a pre-plucked natural hairline, offering a seamless blend and realistic look right out of the box. With ultra-thin Swiss lace at only 0.17mm (compared to the usual 0.28mm), our HD lace is nearly undetectable, providing an undisturbed, flawless finish.

  • 1-4 days for regular orders, 4-8 weeks for custom orders (confirmed before order placement).

  • We do accept returns on wigs, toppers and bangs within 7 business days of receiving your unit. We will ask for a photo of the extra lace on your wig still intact prior to accepting the return. We do charge a restocking fee for returns.
